LA-CONSULTING is the commercial trademark of the company named Luis Cardoso Pereira & António Bettencourt – Consultoria, Lda.

The business project LA-CONSULTING was the logical consequence of the business partnership maintained by the managing partners for the past 25 years. In this context, it was decided to move forward with creation of the commercial company named after their co-founders, reinforcing the branding LA-CONSULTING. This has enabled to consolidate the presence in the international market and to extend the type and scope of the interventions in the public and private sector.

António Ildefonso Varela Bettencourt is a Chemical Engineering Graduate by Instituto Superior Técnico and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering by FCT/UNL, where he was a guest lecturer. He has developed all his professional activity as consultant and trainer in industrial engineering and quality management and engineering, for manufacturing and service organizations. With almost thirty years of career, he is an expert in personal and organizational development, with numerous projects carried out both in Portugal and abroad. He is a Senior Technician in Occupational Health and Safety, PRINCE2^TM Practitioner and IASSC Certified Black Belt™.

Luis Filipe Matos Cardoso Pereira has a degree in Physics by FCUL. He holds a professional curriculum in software, electronics and telecom industry, with several production and quality control R&D projects for telecom and aeronautic maintenance. As BU Manager in a consultancy firm, he directed and participated in a wide range of training, consulting and auditing projects. With about 30 years of professional experience, he is a specialist in quality management and organizational development, with projects in Portugal and overseas. Since 2004, he is a member of the Board of Auditors of Bureau Veritas Certification, being qualified in the areas of Quality Management, Energy Management and Research, Development and Innovation Management.
