Consultancy
We strive to understand the organization of the Client as a whole, clarifying its operational processes and aligning the same with the business objectives.
By identifying Client needs, we contractually agree upon the improvement objectives and the expected benefits.
A successful project is supported by the people in the Client organization and the people should be capable to sustain the improved performance levels after the conclusion of the project.

Training
Effective training is a crucial element of continuous improvement. Therefore, competence development and capacity building of people should be always present since the early start of the projects.
The ultimate goal will be to prepare the people for assimilating the improvements and maintaining the increased performance levels.
We act in all stages of the training cycle: needs assessment; design and organization; execution and follow-up; and effectiveness evaluation.

Auditing
In every improvement project, the auditing process provides an evaluation of the initial situation of the management system, establishing the starting point for the definition of improvement goals.
Throughout the project, auditing is the process for validating the project stages and evaluating the achievement of project goals.
We provide auditing services to management systems either integrated management systems combining different standards or specific management systems.
